Octopress is a hugely popular static site generator that’s built for Jekyll. With it’s easy to use tools and plugins, the framework cuts down on coding by handling things like HTML templates, CSS, JavaScript, and even sets up your configuration.

We we’re excited to be joined by Brandon Mathis who is the designer at Compose, part of the Compass core team member, and founder of Octopress.
