What is a resource?

A resource is a website or an application.

How many resources can I add?

All accounts can add multiple resources. The amount depends on the plan you signed up for.

How much does custom SSL cost?

If you provide your own SSL certificate, then SSL is completely free. If you need managed custom SSL then there is a small annual fee of $30.

How does billing work?

We charge you one flat rate price based on the plan that you have selected.

What do you mean by "no suspend guarantee"?

Keeping your site online is our top priority. We would never suspend a client before contacting them first to discuss their options.

If I pay yearly when does my bandwidth expire?

Bandwidth renews on a monthly basis, but if you pay yearly you get two months free.

Are you a reseller?

No, our network is custom built which allows creative functionality and custom feature requests.

What if I need more resources?

Just ask one of the team and we will add them to your account for free.

Do resources have a page limit?

No resources are not limited. You could have a single page app or a website with multiple pages. Both would be considered one resource.

What if I just want shared SSL?

All resources are automatically assigned our shared SSL certificate. Your site's security is important to us.

What happens if I go over?

We charge you in increments of 100GB based on the price per GB related to your plan. Alternatively you can simply move up a plan.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes, if you need a custom plan then speak to one of the team and we will get you set up.

Do you charge for storage?

No, we will only charge you for the bandwidth used on your account in your period usage.

Do you offer SLA?

Yes, SLA differs on what plan you're based on, find out more info on our Terms & Conditions.
