The internet is now 25 years old! Over that short space of time we’ve seen some great things emerge which has revolutionised the way we interact with the world. We can now shop, talk, game, and pay our bills on the web. So what will happen in the next 25 years?

Paul Lewis, who is part of Google‘s Developer Relations team and owner of Aero Twist, knows all things web performance related and believes the internet of things will become much faster over the next few years, but it’s up to us to speed things along (pun intended).

We got the opportunity to talk with Paul about web performance, user experience, and front-end best practices.
